Out of Hours

We are here to assist you any time, any day, throughout the year. Our out of office hours are Monday through Friday 5:30pm to 8:30am; Saturday and Sunday are 24 hours, including bank holidays.

Our out of hours’ service has been designed to ensure that you receive the same quality service no matter when you contact us. Each member of on call staff has full access to candidates’ contact details and their availability to assist with any last-minute requirements that you may have.

You can call us through the usual telephone numbers for the department which outside of core office hours diverts to an automated telephone service with the option to select the appropriate division.

How will it work?

  • On-call team have full access to our internal booking system
  • The booking process is the same as during standard office hours
  • A dedicated pool of candidates readily contactable and available through these hours
  • Hand overs to the out of hours’ staff to ensure continuity of service and the service is managed to the same standards as our normal office hours
