Many agencies pay a recommendation bonus, which is generally along the lines of £100 for recommending a locum once they have worked 100 hours.

Recommendation is the most efficient and productive form of recruitment for an agency as otherwise, we would have to pay thousands of pounds advertising in expensive publications such as the BMJ next to dozens of similar adverts in order to attract one or two doctors who we have never seen work.

We prefer to ask you to find us good quality locums that you have personally seen at work. In return, we will give you our advertising budget, rather than using your valuable recommendation and then giving you £100!

Earn £1.50 per hour for every hour a Consultant Anaesthetist or Radiologist you recommend works for DRC Locums.

Earn £1.00 per hour for all other Consultants, GP's or qualified Social Workers. Earn 50p per hour for all other Doctors/OT's/PT's.

* Based on a Consultant Anaesthetist working 56hrs per week for 48 weeks.

This offer applies for twelve months from the date of recommendation.

Any doctors recommended already on our database will not be included in this scheme.
