VBL and Tier Discounts

Due to our phenomenal growth, IT/finance infrastructure and the sheer volume of locums and clients working with DRC, our cost base has substantially reduced on an ongoing basis, allowing us to lower charge rates for four consecutive quarters.

Following DRC being awarded a place on the National Framework Agreement we now offer further reductions in our agency fee, based on the Volume of Business Level (VBL) you anticipate and at which stage (Tier) you place your requirements with us.

Over a year, savings can amount to tens or even hundreds of thousands of pounds and also guarantee that your requirements are given priority over clients using us on an ad hoc basis – you will be offered the best candidates, in the first instance, at the lowest possible charge.

We also offer a Master Vendor Service, which means that even if we were unable to source a suitable locum from our own database, we would deal with a number of approved secondary suppliers on your behalf at no extra charge until cover is arranged.
