In this period our client database has increased to over twelve thousand, whilst nearly five hundred locums a month register with us for either full time, permanent or annual leave work.

This was achieved without placing a single advert in any publication for two years, but by keeping to our basic promise of "paying more…charging less" and leaving it to our satisfied clients and locums to recommend us to friends and colleagues.

Following this unprecedented growth, DRC has joined the NHS National Framework Agreement which means we now have access to every locum position as soon as there is a requirement. We have made further reductions to our charge rates whilst maintaining the highest possible pay rates - only our margin has decreased.

Our IT infrastructure is second to none - using the latest Voyager system and text messaging services, positions are sent to available locums' mobile phones within 30 seconds of us receiving the requirement and vacancies are filled within minutes. Our 24hr on call service means you can even rely on us as the fireworks are set off for New Year's celebrations!
