Darren then moved into the Recruitment Sector where he realised the market needed an alternative specialist supplier of Anaesthetists to the AA, but one which offered greater remuneration for Doctors who carried out such a vital role. By sticking to the fundamental principles of DRC, Darren has succeeded in founding one of, if not the fastest growing companies in the UK.
