Description

Our client based in Bedfordshire have a current requirement for a full time Senior Physiotherapist to join their team.

Job Summary:

Provide a high standard of physiotherapy service
Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessments
Determine a diagnosis and formulate and deliver an appropriate, effective individualsied treatment programme
Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner
Plan, supervise, educate and assess therapy students on placements
Participate in the development and delivery of education and training for other health professionals
Hold responsibility for own caseload and be responsible for patients with physiotherapy problems
Design and undertake evidence-based audit and research projects to further own and team's clinical practice and improve service delivery
To deputies for the band 7 complex care team leader as required
